What services do you provide?

Our concierge-style services are broad, but we are at our best when providing high-level services that require some amount of decision-making where we are entrusted to act and think on your behalf. Yes, we can coordinate house-cleaning services, order flowers, and take you to the airport, but our clients tell us we shine brightest when we are trusted to inject our style and creativity. Examples of these services might be sourcing an exotic car and transporting it to you, helping you set up your new business, recruiting household staff, coordinating an estate sale, planning a summer soiree, or even the coordination of a complete vacation portfolio.

Are there services that you don't provide?

We do not engage in childcare, management of rental properties, or housekeeping, however we can recommend companies that do. Anything that we cannot do ourselves (specialty trades, etc.), we project manage.

How do you charge for your services?

We are a time-based business. We typically charge a monthly fee for a specified number of hours for home management and personal assistant services, with a minimum of 20 hours per month. Our Home Check services are charged on an hourly, as-needed basis. Let us know what works for you and we’ll customize a fee structure to meet your needs.

Who are your preferred providers?

We maintain a list of hundreds of vendors from various industries that provide exemplary service to our clientele. Need a piano tuner, dog trainer, real estate attorney or car detailer? We’ve got you covered.

What are Home Check Services?

Whether you are headed out of town or own a secondary home in Austin, we can provide regular home checks to ensure your home is secure and running efficiently while you are away. We also can tackle any repairs during this time, as well as maintain the cars, oversee construction projects, stock the fridge, and book your personal trainer. Welcome home!
