Home Management

    • Ongoing management of multiple primary & secondary residences with frequent travel to/from client homes in California, Nevada and DC
    • Hire and manage landscape architect and monitor progress on projects
    • Ongoing management of home automation and security vendors
    • Pet and childproof home to mitigate risks
    • Hire realtor to show, select, and purchase properties on clients’ behalf

Medical Liaison Work

  • Provide assistance to patients after surgical procedures (confidant, liaise with family members, meal prep and hospital administration)
  • Provide private transportation to/from surgical centers for major procedures and sitting with patients until anesthesia is administered
  • Act as referral source for clients needing the best medical/dental/optical care
  • Work with medical practices to provide exemplary client service for patients needing comfort services, travel coordination, local logistics and non-medical assistance

Interior Design Projects

  • Numerous projects: Recommend & hire interior designer
  • Provide assistance to designer and vendors
  • Obtain all permits
  • Hire/manage lighting designer to install holiday and year-round lighting
  • Hire/manage various vendors supporting the design and construction of homes

A Day in the Life: A selection of our work

A high-usage client (50 hours per week)

Travel to San Francisco to liquidate client’s 15,000-square-foot warehouse and 10 storage units to sort items for donation or relocation. Manage operations for eight homes in Austin and provide daily supervision. Regularly maintain and register 10 cars. Recruit, background check, and process household staff. Plan and manage all parties and activities.

A medium-usage client (10 hours per week)

On property as-needed for inspections and troubleshooting. Hire and regularly liaise with legal teams, personal administrators, and accountant. All errand services, vendor selection and management, and companion for medical visits. Book travel, arrange all appointments, and prepare home for arrival.

Home Check client

Monitor client’s home weekly for three to five consecutive months. Provide mail check, vendor visits, regular maintenance, prepare house for guests, property inspections, trash haul, monitor security cameras, errands, and car maintenance. Upon arrival: stock fridge, arrange cleaning, purchase flowers, book appointments, and leave welcome-home card.
